Disclosure Day is Universal Pictures’ 2026 sci-fi thriller from director Steven Spielberg about humanity confronting proof of non-human intelligence. Centered on a single, world-altering moment of revelation, the film follows a small group of individuals caught at the intersection of truth, fear, and global consequence as governments scramble and society fractures — where the real question isn’t what has been revealed, but whether humanity is ready for it.

SCANable VFX provided advanced 3D scanning and photogrammetry for the film’s visual effects pipeline: high-resolution digital doubles for key performances, detailed environment captures for seamless set extensions, and accurate surface and lighting data to ground complex VFX in realism.
