Motor City is an Independent Film Company feature directed by Potsy Ponciroli, starring Alan Ritchson, Shailene Woodley, Ben Foster, and Pablo Schreiber.

SCANable supported the visual effects production of Motor City by delivering high-resolution 3D character scanning for the film’s cast. Using its mobile photogrammetry system, the team captured highly accurate digital doubles with detailed facial and body geometry, providing VFX artists with production-ready assets for visual effects, stunt augmentation, and post-production workflows. By producing precise, true-to-life scans on set, SCANable helped streamline the creation of realistic digital characters while ensuring continuity and efficiency throughout the VFX pipeline.
