WHAT IT IS

The capture stage comes to your stage.

Every hour an actor spends away from your set is an hour of scheduling risk. The Mobile CyberSCAN™ Studio removes that trip entirely: a custom-built, purpose-engineered photogrammetry trailer parks on your lot, backlot, or nearest available space and becomes a fully calibrated capture stage in a fraction of the time a studio booking would take.

It is full CyberSCAN™ capture quality, packaged to travel — nothing is traded away to get it on the road. That means principals, stunt doubles, and background talent can all be scanned between setups, during fittings, or on a dedicated scan day, without ever leaving the production.

HOW SCANABLE DOES IT

We built the Mobile CyberSCAN Studio because off-the-shelf capture couldn’t come to set fast enough. Inside the trailer sits our synchronized camera array, cross-polarized lighting, and the color-calibrated RAW pipeline that keeps data consistent from the first scan to the last. Setup, calibration, and teardown are all part of the crew’s workflow, so we arrive, capture, and clear out without disrupting your day — once we’re on set, the stage is capture-ready in as little as 15 minutes.

A standard HERO capture is three passes in one sitting: cross-polarized to strip specular glare for clean diffuse albedo, a specular pass that records how the skin actually catches light, and a three-point beauty pass for look development. The rig is also OLAT-capable when a fully relightable likeness is needed — see photometric & OLAT capture.

Time with the actor is typically about 60 seconds once they step into the studio. Every subject is scanned twice by default — a second capture held as a backup, so a blink or a missed frame never costs you a return visit.

We stage from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Houston, and we mobilize to any production in the country — sound stage, backlot, or the middle of nowhere. If your shoot moves, the studio moves with it.
