WHAT IT IS

The asset side of the volume.

An LED volume is only as convincing as the content on the wall. Virtual production support is where we prepare that content: real environments captured and rebuilt as real-time scenes, splat-based backdrops that hold photoreal detail at frame rate, and digital doubles that can be composited or driven live. The goal is simple — give the DP and the VAD assets that behave predictably in-engine so the volume shoots on schedule.

We work upstream of the shoot and alongside it, delivering the captured world in the format your engine and your ICVFX vendor expect, at a level of optimization that keeps the volume running in real time rather than choking on unbudgeted geometry.

HOW SCANABLE DOES IT

Captured real, optimized for real-time.

We start from ground truth — LiDAR and photogrammetry of the real location, aerial capture for the wide environment, and C.A.L.V.I.N.N.™ scans of the cast. Then we prepare it for the engine: retopologized geometry, sensible texture budgets, and Gaussian Splatting where a splat delivers a more photoreal, lighter-weight result than a mesh. Everything is color-calibrated through our RAW pipeline so what's on the wall matches what's in front of it.

And because our capture travels — mobile crews and Mobile CyberSCAN™ Studios from six cities — we can gather the source material wherever your locations and cast actually are, then deliver volume-ready assets to your stage.
